2How much is my postage?
As we have low profit margin, so please bear the postage for us

3How long does it take for delivery?
The product will be posted the next working day after the payment is received. It will take approximately 2-10 days depends on the delivery area. It is definitely faster if you choose for "Self-Pick-Up". You could pick up your products at:

4How does the discount system works?
We have an intelligent discount system that make discounts when you make bulk purchase.
And you will get discount up to 50% all year round. Discount will be shown at your shopping cart at the right side of the bar.

5What is Backorder?
When some of the products are out of stock, it will pop-up with "Available on backorder". This means that, you can make order in advance while it is out of stock. You could pay in advance to secure your order, but just a reminder, backorder takes slightly longer (approx 20days) for shipment arrival.
Well, you can always contact us to confirm the delivery and arrival time of the items.
6Are there different ways to pay?
Payment can be done via ipay88 or Paypal.
*iPay88 is the online payment gateway service and solution provider.
7What if I don't get a confirmation of my order?
If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours, in addition to a confirming message on screen, you should call us, to make sure all is well. You have to be concerned that:
• The order might not received by the system.
• The order was mysteriously rejected, and they have not told you.
8How do I get a record of my order?
Do your part by printing out the form before you submit it, and then printing and saving the confirmation that should come up directly after you submit the order.

Once you see the confirmation, the order has been placed and you cannot easily change it. If you see a terrible mistake, look for customer service number or email, and call or send a message to us right away. The faster you intervene, the more likely you can head off disaster.

The confirmation may be called ‘purchase verification’, and you are sometimes asked, one more time, to confirm that you really, really want to place this order.
9Why do I have to verify information after ordering?
If you asked for an academic discount on software, you have to fax in your student or faculty identification, a course schedule, or school bill, to prove you are really in academia. (This is a requirement by the software companies who extend this discount.)

Software upgrades are similar: You have to prove you own the original software to qualify for the discounted rate. You may have to fax them a page from the original manual, or the original serial number.
10What if I completely fail to discover the product using the search?
Well, maybe the store just doesn’t have it! (This is the most common situation.) If you think we really have the product somewhere, or might carry it soon, email us or make a phone call to us. We will try to do our best to put up to you. Bulk orders are welcome with at least one month notice in advance shipment. Call us at working hours or email us. We are 90% sure of getting the exact product for our customers’ orders and would be great if you send us photos of the product OR better visiting us at "108, Jalan Petaling, 50000 K.L.". This can avoid misunderstanding the website hasn’t had the item.

We will get back to you within 24 hours working hours and 72 hours if it’s not, with the news that we can supply it, if we can. Otherwise, as said, you can always order the goods one month prior.
11Can I make special order?
Yes. You can always contact us to inquire more information about item order in advance.
Or maybe particular product that you are looking for, you could email or Whatsapp us the picture and we will try to hunt it for you.
For your information, we need at least 3 weeks to a month for shipment arrival. We will start the timer of 3 weeks once we have received 50% deposit of the total amount ordered.
Oops, forgotten to inform you that we need at least 50% deposit of the total amount on the advance orders (as a guarantee for ordering).
